摘  要:简述了电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池的制造和工艺改进,介绍了板栅设计的革新、低温活物质配方的研制等,并做了大量的室外行驶对比试验。特别是针对冬季电动助力车放电能量下降约40%的情况做了必要的工艺改革,提高了电池组的放电能量并改善了低温性能,指出了良好的维护与保养的措施和方法。This paper briefly described the improvements in the manufacture and technology of lead-acid batteries used for electrically-assisted vehicles with focus on improving discharging capacity of batteries operating at low temperature in winter.A number of field driving tests were made for comparison.In order to increase the discharging capacity and performance at low temperature the innovation made for grid design and active material formula suitable for battery operating at low temperature obtained its end.In addtion,the maintenance and protective measures were also proposed.
