摘 要:对桑螟绒茧蜂(ApantelesheterusiaeWilkinson)搜索寄主利它素的存在部位、作用方式、热稳定性及其分离提取方法的研究结果表明刺激桑螟绒茧蜂搜索寄主的利它素存在于寄主幼虫、为害叶、粪便之中,热稳定性好,能被甲醇、二氯甲烷、氯仿所抽提。搜索寄主利它素的应用不仅可增强桑螟绒茧蜂的搜索活动,缩短寄生时间,还能够提高对寄主幼虫的寄生效能。The present site, acting way,heat stability, isolation and extracting method of host-searching kairomone of Apanteles heterusiae Wilkinson, which is an important parasitoid of the early instar of Diaphania pyloalis Walker were studied in this paper. The results showed that the host-searching kairomone exists in larva of host, damaged leaves and dejecta of host larva. It can be extracted with methanol, dichloromethane or chloroform and is stable after treated at 100 ℃ for 20 minutes. The utilization of kairomone can not only be of help to broaden the host range for specific parasitoids and shorten the time of searching host, but also improve the parasitic efficiency for larva of host.
