摘　　要：　阐述了现有金属酸洗方法清除钢铁淬火所形成的氧化黑皮过程中所存在的问题,然后针对这些问题提出解决思路,介绍了通过正交复配研制出较为理想的酸洗配方过程。The problems in cleaning out the rust of the quenching steel through current method are explained, and then the way to solve the problem is brought out.By orthogonal design the way to chose better prescription is also introduced.
