摘　　要：目的:了解江门市区已婚妇女性爱艺术方式,为开展性健康教育提供参考依据。方法:整群随机抽样。用自制的调查表发给已婚妇女无记名自愿填写。结果:853名已婚妇女性爱艺术表现方式前二位的有:性交前的交流:能抚摸敏感部位的占68.5%,亲切交流占36.5%。睡衣的选择:套睡衣占72.3%,旧的衣服占17.5%。性交的方式:曾经用过方式:阴道式占98.6%,口交占9.3%;现在用的性交方式:阴道式占98.6%,口交占2.8%。性交体位方式首选男上女下,其次是自由体位。每次完整性交使用一种体位完成的占53.2%。有67.8%的已婚妇女对夫妻间的性协调表示满意。有77.7%的已婚妇女的性高潮是由阴茎进入阴道引起的。年龄与睡衣的选择无显著性差异,与性交体位变化的比较经X2检验有显著性差异,年龄越大,性交体位变化越少。职业与睡衣和性交的体位经统计学处理有显著性差异。文化程度与睡衣的选择经X2验检有差异(P<0.05),与性交体位比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:江门市已婚妇女性爱艺术表现方式持稳重的态度,传统的性观念仍影响妇女的性爱艺术的表现和发挥。Objective: To know the style of sexual love art of married women in Jiangmen and to provide scientific basis for sexual health education. Method: 853 married women of random sampling volunteered to finish the questionnair by themselves. Results:The first two style of sexual love art were as follows: sexual interflow before coitus: warm chat covered 36.5%, touching sensitive position covered 68.5%; Choose of night clothes: a suit of night clothes covered 72.3%, old clothes covered 7.5% ; Previous coitus style: vaginal sex covered 98.6% , oral sex covered 9.3% ; Present coitus style: vaginal sex covered 98.6% , oral sex covered 2.8% ; sexual position: man upper and woman below was the first,and the next was free position. One sexual position every coitus covered 53.2 % ; 67.8 % married women were satisfied with their sexual harmony; 77.7% women's sexual orgasm was caused by penis inserting vagina. There is significant difference between age and sexual position but isn t between age and choose of night clothes. Occupation and education level were related to night clothes and sexual position. Conclusion:Married women in Jiangmen have a steady attitude on sexual love art. traditional sexual concept still affects the express and full play of women s sexual love art.
