摘　　要：经济的快速发展 ,对土地需求量越来越大。然而土地是不可再生的具有供给稀缺性的资源 ,并且农村土地货币化涉及到失地农民、环境、农村的持续发展等方方面面的问题 ,因此规范农村土地货币化过程中的操作势在必行。文章正是基于对“如何进行农村土地货币化”这个问题的思考 ,反思农村土地货币化带来的不良影响 ,并在此基础上提出了一系列规范措施 。The fast development of economy is greater and greater to land deman d. But the land is the non-renewable supplying with resources of rareness, and r ural land monetization involves the question in every aspect , such as sustainab le development of the peasant of lost territory , environment , countryside ,etc ., so the operation in the monetary course of rural land of norm is gentle and i mperative. It is just in article on the basis of to 'how carry on rural land mon etization 'the the thinkings of question, person who review harmful effects that monetization bring, get a series of out of standardize the measure on this basi s, is it explore a bit to make with its to rural land monetization the issue tha t common people pay close attention to the thing theoretically.
