摘　　要：刘宋大文豪颜延之《陶征士诔并序》是现存可考的关于陶渊明的第一篇文章。本文加以笺解,分析陶渊明的行迹思想文学成就与陶渊明、颜延之的友好关系,从而得出结论,早在刘宋初叶,陶渊明在文坛已占重要地位。A Dirge to Jingjie Hermit and Its Preface by Yan Yannian, the literary giant of the Song times in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, is the first essay on Tao Yuanming now available. This paper makes a commentary on it, and gives an analysis of Tao Yuanming's deeds and thoughts, his achievements in literature as well as Tao and Yan's friendship and similarities, from which we can draw a conclusion that in the early years of Song times in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, Tao Yuanming had held an important place in the literary world.
