摘 要:为了研究等离子体 催化联合脱硝(以下简称联合脱硝)与单纯等离子体脱硝的区别,以及为选择合适的催化剂和运行条件提供指导,建立了联合脱硝实验系统,通过催化剂颗粒的装和卸,利用实验对比研究了单纯等离子体脱硝和联合脱硝特性。结果表明:联合脱硝是比单纯等离子体脱硝有更高脱硝率的脱硝新方法;分子筛Cu ZSM 5是一种很有效的催化剂型式,它能促进NO的脱除;联合脱硝应该选择较低的反应温度,升高温度能提高催化剂的活性,但抑制了等离子体的作用;水蒸气和O2在联合脱硝中可以促进NO的等离子体氧化脱除。In order to compare differences in effect of plasma denitration with and without catalysts, as well as for providing a guide for choosing the proper catalyst and suitable operation conditions, a combined denitration experimental installation was established, with which denitration particulars with and without addition of catalysts were compared and studied. Test results show that compared with plain plasma denitration, a higher efficiency can be obtained by using the new combined plasma-catalyst method, among which the molecularly sieved catalyst Cu-ZSM-5 is especially effective in promoting NO removal. Though high temperature may enhance the catalyst's activeness, a relatively lower temperature is still recommended for combined plasma denitration, because the plasma's effectiveness would be inhibited under high temperature conditions. Moreover, using the combined method, both water vapor and O2 were found to be beneficial for NO removal.
