摘 要:针对除雾器的菱形布置方式和叶片的不同几何形状,通过大量实验测定了除雾器的压力降和速度,利用水平衡法计算了除雾效率和液滴浓度,分析了除雾器气流速度、叶片间距对除雾效率的影响及除雾器级数对除雾效率和压力降的影响,为该型除雾器的设计和制造提供了参考依据。Having in view the lozenge arrangement of demisters and diversely shaped plates, the pressure drop and flow velocity in demisters were measured during many tests, while the demisting efficiency and the concentration of liquid droplets were calculated by the liquid balance method; the effect of flow velocity and that of plate pitch on demisting efficiency as well as the influence of the number of demister stages on both the efficiency and pressure drop have been analyzed, herewith providing some referential material for design and production of such demisters.
