摘  要:根据N S方程组对湿式烟气脱硫塔中折线型挡板除雾器内气液两相流动进行了描述,采用k ε模型及颗粒轨道模型对方程组进行封闭,建立了该类除雾器分离效率的数学模型。模型的数值求解采用流体力学计算软件Fluent6.1。通过调节参数,计算了多种除雾器结构参数(除雾器高度、除雾器板间距、除雾器转折角)和工况参数(气体流速、液滴直径)下的除雾器的分离效率,分析了各参数对除雾器分离效率的影响,得出了一般情况下的除雾器分离性能的规律性结论,可直接应用于湿式烟气脱硫系统除雾器的设计。A mathematical model was established, for simulating the separation efficiency of demisters with serrated baffles in a wet flue gas desulfurization tower, based on a group of equations, which describe the two phase flow within demisters, to be closed with both a k-ε and a particle-track model. Calculation software Fluent 6.1 for fluid mechanics was used for numerically solving the mathematical model. By calculating the separation efficiencies of various demisters with different structural parameters (height, plate spacing and turning angle) and varying operational parameters (gas flow rate and droplet size), their effect on efficiency has been analyzed, and herewith a general rule for separation efficiency obtained, directly applicable for designing demisters in wet flue gas desulfurization towers.
