摘　　要：目的　通过对柳林县碘盐干预状况的调查及IDD流行趋势分析,为进一步制定可持续消除IDD的防治策略提供可靠依据。方法　自1995年全民食盐加碘(USI)以来,柳林县卫生防疫站在省地病所、市防疫站的技术指导下,先后6年次对柳林县进行了IDD调查,调查内容包括儿童甲肿率、尿碘、盐碘水平等,并对这些指标进行统计及相关分析。结果　柳林县碘盐覆盖率由1995年的80 .7%逐渐提升,到2 0 0 2年上升为97.5 % ,另外,非碘盐冲击现象每年都不同程度的存在;甲肿率自1999年起控制在5 %以下,病情稳定;8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数呈先升后降的态势,并且到2 0 0 2、2 0 0 3年尿碘中位数稳定在2 80 μg/L左右。结论　柳林县处于持续消除IDD状态,人群碘营养水平呈适宜状态。为了保持和扩大已取得成果,有关部门应该继续加大对碘盐市场的监督检查力度,坚决抵制非碘盐冲击。Objective To investigate the state of eating iodized salt intervention and IDD prevailing trend in Liulin County so that providing the basis and tactics for the steady elimination of IDD.Methods From universal salt iodization(USI) in 1995 we investigated the IDD status in Liulin County about 6 years.Under the technological direction of Shanxi Institute for Endemic Disease control and Research,City CDC.Indexes including thyroid goiter rate,urinary iodine,iodized salt were investigated and analyzed in 8 to 12 years children.Results The rate of covering qualified iodized salt rose yearly from 80.7% in 1995 to 97.5% in 2002.However,there was the non-iodized salt problem every year.The goiter rate of children was below 5% from 1999 so the disease situation was steady.The median urinary iodine of children aged 8 to 12 years was from rising to dropping,then kept 280 μg/L or so in 2002 and 2003.Conclusions In Liulin County it is the condition of the steady elimination of IDD.The residents are living in the condition of suitable iodine.The departments concerned continue to check and supervise the market place of iodized salt and resist the impact of non-iodized salt in order to keep the made achievement.
