X80级热轧板卷与中厚板的机械性能及微观组织

摘　　要：韩国浦项钢铁公司(POSCO)为响应市场需求,开发了具有良好低温韧性的X80钢级热轧板卷及中厚板。对开发的 14. 6mm厚热轧板卷及用其所制造的螺旋焊管的微观组织进行了分析后认为:X80级钢的微观组织以针状铁素体为主。并对板卷和螺旋焊管进行了一系列机械性能试验,结果显示开发的X80级热轧板卷的各项性能均满足了标准要求。对开发的X80级、15. 6mm和 17. 4mm中厚钢板及用其所制造的钢管也进行了相关的机械性能试验,结果表明:以针状铁素体和微小的多边形铁素体的复合组织构成的该X80钢也同样具有较高的强度和韧性,能满足标准要求。POSCO,South Korea has developed grade X80 hot rolled coils and medium,thick plates with well low temperature toughness to meet the demand of market.After analysis the micro structure of developed 14.6mm thick hot rolled coil and welded pipes manufactured with it,it shows that micro structure of grade X80 is mainly acicular fesrite.And conduct a series of mechanical properties test for the coils and spiral submerged arc welded pipes and the result shows that each property of grade X80 hot rolled coils developed meet the requirement of specification.It also conduct the related mechanical property test for grade X80,15.6mm and 17.4mm medium,thick plates and the steel pipes manufactured with it.The test result shows that this grade X80 steel which is made of the complex structure of acicular ferrite and micro polygon ferrite is also with higher strength and toughness and can meet the requirements of the specification.
