摘　　要：对WC-8Co硬质合金的注射工艺进行了研究。通过对注射坯的外观检测和密度分析,考察了注射温度、注射压力、保压压力这几个主要参数对注射过程中缺陷的影响,并优化出注射工艺参数。In the article, the injection processing of WC-8Co cenmented carbides was studied.Through appearance detecting and density analyzing,We discuss the effect of some important injection parameters,including injection temperature ,injection pressure and holding pressureon disfigurement during the injection. And some optimum injection parameters have been cofirmed.
