老年肺心病无呼吸衰竭时肾功能改变的探讨

摘　　要：对34例老年肺心病患者同时进行了血清β_2—MG和尿液β_2—MG、Alb、IgG、RIA检测。16例天呼衰患者sβ_2MG、uβ_2—MG、uAlb比含量高于对照组(P<0.05—0.01),18例呼衰患者uβ_2—MG、uAlb、uIgG均高于呼衰组(P<0.05),提示:老年肺心病无呼衰时肾小球和队小管功能已有轻度受损,呼衰时肾小球功能进一步损害。The results of RIA about serum β_2-MG and urine β_2-MG, Alb, IgG in thesenile patients with cor pulmonale were teported. The contents of sβ2-MG, uβ2-MG uAlb in non-respiratory failure group were higher than that of the controlgroup (P<0.05～0. 01). The contents of uβ2-MG, uAlb and uIgG in respiratoryfailure group were higher than that of the non-respiratory failure group (P<0. 05).The results showed that the renal glomerulus and tubules functions had slightlybeen damaged in non-respiratory failure group, while function of the respiratoryfailure group become worse. And this change showed in RIA is much earlier than that in serum BUN and Cr detection. SO it is suggested that RIA in detection of renalfunction is more sensitive and helpful in senile patients with cor pulmonale.
