吉林白山煤系硬质高岭土加工工艺实验

摘　　要：吉林白山煤系硬质高岭土性质研究结果表明,该区煤系硬质高岭土Al2O3 和SiO2 的含量、SiO2 与Al2O3 摩尔比均接近于高岭土的理论值;高岭土中高岭石含量较高,且结晶度较好。对影响煤系硬质高岭土煅烧产品白度的粒度、煅烧温度、煅烧时间和增白剂等因素的实验结果表明,通过对各种实验参数的科学控制,可以利用吉林白山煤系硬质高岭土制取优质的煅烧高岭土产品。The research results of coal-measure hard kaolin in Baishan,Jilin province indicate that the content of Al_2O_3 and SiO_2 and the ratio of the SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 are close to the theoretical value of kaolin. The content of kaolinite in the kaolin is high and the crystallinity of the kaolin is well. The whiteness of coal-measure hard kaolin is affected by the fineness,calcination temperature,calcination time and brightening agent and the high-grade calcined kaolin product can be made from coal-measure hard kaolin in Baishan,Jilin province,as long as appropriate experimental condition is employed.
