摘　　要：为探讨“军字1号”工程使用前后的病案首页质量变化,本文通过作者所在医院近八年病案首页的质量调查统计,对“军字1号”工程使用前后的病案首页质量作了详细的对照分析比较,为进一步加强“军字1号”工程中的病案首页质量管理提供经验。To inquire into the quality change on first page of illness case from beginning to now in the'No 1 Military'project, it is expounded in this article that the investigate statistical should be done in the hospital of author on quality of first page of illness case around eight years, and contrast analyse quality of first page of illness case from beginning to now in the'No 1 Military' project, so as to provide experience for strengthening quality management on first page of illness case from beginning to now in the 'No 1 Military' project.
