摘　　要：分析福建省水环境特征和影响水环境演化的社会经济因素,系统阐述水环境现状及发展趋势以及水环境破坏对人民生产、生活的影响。得出结论:福建生态环境突出,是我国11个具有全球意义的生物多样性保护的关键地区之一;生态环境特殊脆弱性使常绿阔叶林生态系统的保育和重建成为本省水环境安全和稳定的中心环节;福建水环境总体较好,主要水系水质多数达到或优于Ⅲ类水质标准。最后指出水环境形势严峻的几个方面。The present situation, the characteristics of water environment in Fujian province and its social and economic influencing factors are analyzed, and the effects of water environment deterioration on industrial production and human life are listed. It is concluded that ecological environment in Fujian Province is important as Fujian is one of the 11 key regions of biodiversity protection worldwide. The protection, nursing and reestablishment of evergreen broad-leaf forestry are the key measures to ensure water environment safety and stability because of the special vulnerability of ecological environment. It also shows that the water environment is good as a whole, with water quality of most of the primary rivers reaching or better than the third level of the national water quality standard. Severe problems to be solved urgently are also presented in the paper.
