摘　　要：本文从网络图书馆的定位、服务、组织体系 ,以及它在信息内容服务行业中所处的地位 ,论述了网络图书馆建设中应引起重视的几个问题。This paper discusses the problems we should take into account during t he construction of net library from the aspect of the locating, service, organiz ation mode of net library and the status it takes in information service.
