活性炭及大黄液交替应用救治急性有机磷农药中毒临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察活性炭及大黄液交替应用救治急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的临床疗效。方法将AOPP中、重度患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用活性炭及大黄液交替口服或胃管注入。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,并发症发生率亦低于对照组。结论活性炭及大黄液交替应用救治AOPP疗效满意。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acu te organo -phosphorus pesticide pis oning treated with active carbon and rhubarb alternately.Methods:90patients were divided randomly into the treatment group an d the controlled group.Patients in b oth groups re-ceived therapy of routine WM,while t hose in the treatmeat group have taken active carbon and rhubarb in addition.Results:The clinical effect,the palliation of symptom,the lower complication and the shorten course of disease in the treatment group were superior to those in the controlled group.Conclusion:It is effective method of the organo -phos-phorus pesticide poisoning treated with active carbon and rhubarb alternately.
