赤芍对家兔血管内膜平滑肌细胞增生的影响

摘　　要：目的观察赤芍对兔颈动脉平滑肌细胞增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达作用,以了解赤芍对动脉损伤后内膜增生的影响。方法新西兰大白兔随机分为对照组、高脂饲料组、赤芍高剂量组及赤芍低剂量组,高脂喂养8周后行兔颈总动脉球囊损伤术,10周取材,用免疫组化法检测平滑肌细胞中PCNA表达。结果各组内皮增生成分主要为平滑肌细胞。与高脂饲料组比较,赤芍高剂量组内膜、中膜、外膜PCNA阳性着色及内膜增生面积均显著减少。结论赤芍有抑制平滑肌细胞增殖的作用。Objective:To obseve the preventive effect of Ra dix Paeoniae Rubra on proliferation in rabbits vascular smooth muscle cell.Methods:Rabbits were randomly divided into t he control group,the cholesterol grou p and the Radix Raeoniae Rubra group o f high -,low -dose.Balloon injury was performed in atherosclarotic rabbits indu ced by high cholesterol diet.The target segmen ts were harvested to perform immunoh istochemical study of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA).Results:The hyperplastic cell in in-tima was vascular smooth muscle cell.The areas of hyperplastic intima in the Radix Paeoniae Rubra group of high -dose we re significantly lower than that of t he cholesterol group with the positive expression o f PCNA being remarkably decreased.Conclusions:Radix Paeoniae Rubra has significan t preventive effect on Proliferatio n of vascular smooth muscle cell in rabbits.
