摘 要:以广东省野外分离的 15 8株禽致病性大肠杆菌为样本 ,采用纸片扩散法敏感试验标准方法 ,测定氟喹诺酮类药物诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、左氟沙星、氧氟沙星、氟罗沙星、恩诺沙星在临床上的交叉耐药程度。结果显示 ,氟喹诺酮类药物之间存在不同程度的交叉耐药性 ,氟罗沙星对其他 5种试验药物的交叉耐药率为 96%~ 10 0 % ,而左氟沙星对其他药物的交叉耐药率最低 ,平均只有 42 .7% ;两种药物之间的交叉耐药率有的相同 ,但有的差异很大 ,说明交叉耐药性的产生可以是双向 ,也可以是单向或半单向 。The objective of the present study was to investigate the clinical cross-resistance of avain Escherichia coli to fluoroquinolones. A total of 158 wild strains of E.coli were isolated from chickens from different geographical locations in Guangdong Province, and their sensitivities to different fluoroquinolones were examined using the standard disk diffusion method. The result showed that different degree of cross-resistance existed in E.coli to different fluoroquinolones. The cross-resistant percentage of Fleroxacin against other 5 tested agents was 96%~100%, and the cross-resistant percentage of Levofloxacin against other tested agents was the minimum, only 42.7% in average. The cross-resistant percentage between two tested agents were not always the same, and some were very different. The results suggested that the production of cross-resistance may be bi-directional, unidirectional or half-unidirectional, and there were differences in the antibacterial mechanisms among different fluoroquinolones.
