摘　　要：文章介绍了电力通信网的发展情况以及所管理的数据量的增长状况,分析了建立资源管理数据库的重要性及必要性,并按功能需求将该库划分为六大模块,详细介绍了每个模块的涉及范围、构成内容、组织方式等情况,并探讨了电力通信网资源管理数据库的应用前景。The paper introduces the development of electric communication network and the growth of data quantity needed to be managed, analyzes the importance and necessity to set up resource management database. The database should be divided into six modules according to functions. Introduces each module in detail, including form range, content, organization, etc. And discusses its application prospects.
