“兔热散”对兔只增重和血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：选择60日龄体重相近、临床健康的新西兰肉兔30只(公母各半),进行为期30天的饲养试验,观测日粮中添加0.5%“兔热散”对兔只增重和血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:试验组比对照组平均日增重增加1.91g、提高7.62%(P<0.05),饲料转化率提高1.98%(P>0.05),血清葡萄糖、总蛋白、球蛋白、钙含量增加(P<0.05),尿素、无机磷、钾、钠离子浓度和门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性变化差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明“兔热散”对缓解兔的热应激和提高日增重,有一定的促进作用。New Zealand Rabbits in 60-day were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group feed basal diet,treatment group add 0.5%'TU RE SAN'.Test for 30days,and 0,30th day,ear veins collect blood and dete rmine the biochemical indices of serum .The result shows:treatment grou p daily gain increases by 1.91grams to improve by 7.62%(P<0.05),feed conversion rate was 1.98%(P>0.05)higher than control group,serum glu cose count,total protein,globulin,calcium content increase(P<0.05),but urea,inorganic phosphorus,potassium and sodium ion and AST are not rema rkable(P>0.05).'TU RE SAN'to alleviate rabbit' s heat -stress and raise daily gain,t here is a certain facilitation.
