摘　　要：概述在TD -SCDMA系统中 ,分析了移动终端从开机起 ,到发出第一个随机接入请求止 ,可分为下行同步捕获、系统信息读取、建立上行同步、随机接入 ,重点对移动台接入过程中TFCI进行了研究。The paper mainly discusses that the process is classed as downlink synchronization capture, reading system information, the building of uplink synchronization and random access on TD-SCDMA through the investigating of UE access. And on the basic of random access procedure, TFCI is mainly investigated in the access of TD-SCDMA.
