摘　　要：目的探讨未破裂输卵管妊娠中西医结合保守治疗与保守性手术治疗效果及再次妊娠结局。方法对122例未破裂输卵管妊娠中42例中西医结合治疗与80例保守性手术患者临床资料进行分析。结果中西医结合保守治疗与保守性手术治疗效果及再次妊娠结局无显著性差异。结论输卵管妊娠中西医结合保守治疗是一种简便、经济的治疗方法,在基层医院值得推广。Objective To study the efficacy and subsequent pregnancy again of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine and conservative surgery of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods In 122 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancies. 42 cases were treated by combine traditional Chinese and western medicine 80 cases by conservative surgery. Results In the efficacy and subsequent pregnancy again. There were no significant difference between combine traditional Chinese and western medicine and conservative surgery. Conclusions The method of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine is simple and convenient economy. It is valuable to use it widely in the hospital at the basic level.
