摘　　要：目的探讨B超定位体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗膀胱结石的临床效果。方法对采用B超定位ESWL治疗的516例膀胱结石进行回顾性小结。结果所有结石均完全粉碎、排净,成功率100%,无严重并发症。结论只要严格掌握适应症,B超定位ESWL是治疗膀胱结石较理想的方法,具有方便、无痛苦、效果好、并发症少等优点。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the treatment to cystic calculus by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ESWL with B-ultrasound localization. Methods Brief retrospective summary of 516 cases of patients with cystic calcu-lus treated by ESWL with B-ultrasound localization. Results All stones were smashed and com-pletely discharged. The rate achieved up to 100% no serious syndrome occurred. Conclusions As long as the fit symptom is grasped ESWL therapy of cystic calculus with B-ultrasound localization would have the advantages like more convenient better effect less syndrome and less pain. It is quite a ideal method to treat cystic calculus.
