摘　　要：目的　建立一种简易的苯佐卡因软膏剂中苯佐卡因的含量测定方法。方法　用紫外分光光度法在2 90nm波长处测定苯佐卡因的含量。结果　苯佐卡因平均回收率为10 1 .2 2 %,线性范围5 . 0 85～4 0 . 6 8μg·ml-1(RSD <2 % )。结论　本法操作简便,结果准确,适用于不同级别医院苯佐卡因院内制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a UV method for the d et ermination of Benzocain in Benzocain Cream.Methods UV method was used to determine the concentration of Benzocain at 326nm.Results The average recovery of Benzocain was 101.22%,and the concentra tion had a good linearity in the range of 5.085～40.68μg·ml - 1(RSD<2%).Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be used in hospitals of different classes.
