柴胡止血液对置器家兔子宫组织血管紧张素Ⅱ和白介素6含量的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察柴胡止血液治疗宫内节育器所致子宫异常出血的机理。方法观察了柴胡止血液对置含铜宫内节育器(CU -IUD)家兔子宫局部组织血管紧张素Ⅱ(An -giotensinⅡ,以下简称AngⅡ)和白介素6 (Interleukin - 6 ,以下简称IL - 6 )含量的影响,并与中药归脾汤进行比较。结果柴胡止血液能减少家兔子宫局部组织AngⅡ、IL - 6的含量,其中柴胡止血液大剂量组作用最明显,与模型组比较(P<0 0 5 )。结论柴胡止血液可能通过改善子宫局部组织AngⅡ、IL - 6活性,促进子宫内膜组织修复,从而治疗置IUD所致子宫异常出血。ObjectiveTo clarify the mechanism of Chai-hu-zhi-xue oral liquid to metrorrhagia due to uterus inserted into Cu Intra-uterine Device (CU-IUD). Observed the effects of Chai-hu-zhi-xue oral liquid on uterine An-giotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) in rabbits with CU-IUD, and compared its effects with Gui-pi Decoction. Chai-hu-zhi-xue oral liquid could reduce the content of AngⅡand IL-6, especially the large dose of the fluid, with better effects than model group..[Conclusion]Chai-hu-zhi-xue oral liquid can cure uterial menoxenia due to IUD through regulating the activity of AngⅡand IL-6,promoting the revovation of endometrium tissues..
