摘 要:目的将以学生为主导教学法用于儿科护理教学查房,以提高学生临床实习的教学质量。方法将本院2000级152名三年全日制护理专科学生,随机分为两组,观察组(78 名)采用以学生为主导教学法,对照组(74 名)采用传统教学法。结果观察组终考成绩“优”和“一般”人数与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);优良率两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论以学生为主导教学法在儿科护理查房中调动了学生的主观能动性,激发了学生自主学习的潜能,提高了教学质量。Objective Teaching method with regarding students principal was applied in pediatrics nursing ward round to improve the teaching quality of clinical practice of students. Methods One hundred and fifty-two nursing students were divided into two groups according to the randomization principle. Teaching method with regarding students principal was applied in the observation group (78 students), and the traditional teaching method in the control group (74 students). Results The number of students obtained “excellent” in the observation group was much more than that in the control group (P<0.01). The number of students obtained “common” in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference between two groups in the number of students with “good”(P>0.05). The proportion of students with “excellent” and “good” in the observation group was higher than that in the control group evidently(P<0.01). Conclusion Teaching method with regarding students principal can promote the students to study by themselves and improve the teaching quality.
