血液光量子疗法对血小板输注效率的影响与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨血液光量子疗法对血小板输注效果的影响。方法将54例急性白血病输血患者随机分为常规组和照射组各27例。常规组常规输注血小板,照射组在此前采用血液光量子疗法照射,比较两组校正血小板计数增值(CCI)、输注有效率、临床效果和非溶血性输血反应(NHFTR)发生率。结果输注24 h后,照射组输注有效率和临床效果均显著优于常规组,NHFTR发生率显著低于常规组(均P<0. 05)。结论血液光量子疗法能显著提高血小板输注有效率。Objective To study the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy (UBIT) on the efficiency of platelet transfusions. Methods Fifty-four patients with acute leukemia receiving blood transfusion were randomly divided into control group and UBIT group equally. Besides platelet transfusion as in control group, the patients were subjected to UBIT in UBIT group. The increment of platelet count, clinical effect and NHFTR were compared between two groups. Results Twenty-four h after transfusion, the effective rate and clinical effects in UBIT group were superior to those in control group, while NHFTR in UBIT group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion UBIT can significantly improve the effective rate of platelet transfusion.
