摘　　要：环境宣教社会化是环境宣教的深化。首先论述了环境宣教社会化的意义及其表现,然后重点论述了环境宣教社会化过程中的能力建设,通过能力建设促进环境宣教的社会化,进而促进全民环境意识的整体提高,努力改善环境质量,建立一个可持续发展的生态型的新社会。The socialization of environmental propaganda and education may make the environmental propaganda and education deepened. In this paper, the significance and its performance first have been discussed. Then capability construction during socialized environmental propaganda and education has been stressed. The socialization of environmental propaganda may be advanced by the capability construction. Moreover, it has a benefit of improvement of all people's environmental consciousness. Finally, environmental quality can be improved and a new sustainable development and ecotypic society can be built.
