摘　　要：介绍了AT89C5 5WD单片机与T6963C控制的液晶显示器的接口电路 ,并基于C5 1开发语言 ,系统地介绍了液晶汉字、图形混合菜单的显示方法以及数据动态显示的方法。该方案已经成功地应用于煤矿杂散电流监测系统中 。An interface circuit of T6963C-LCD controller which is controlled by AT89C55WD single-chip microprocessor is introduced. And based on C51 language, a method of display Chinese character, graphics mixed menu and updating data is systematically discussed. The solution has been adopted to coal mine stray current monitoring system and it has achieve great effects.
