骨刺痛消汤对神经根型颈椎病家兔模型血浆前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察中药骨刺痛消汤对神经根型颈椎病家兔模型血浆中前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )含量的影响。方法　将 32只神经根型颈椎病家兔模型随机分为骨刺痛消汤组、颈复康组、模型对照组及空白对照组4组 ,分别给予骨刺痛消汤、颈复康及凉开水 ,于造模后 1月 ,取血浆进行PGE2含量的放免测定。结果　骨刺痛消汤可以明显降低神经根型颈椎病家兔模型血浆中PGE2含量。结论　骨刺痛消汤对神经根型颈椎病家兔模型具有良好的抗炎功效。Object To observe the effect of Gucitongxiao Decoction on PGE2 in rabbit plasma with cervical Spondylopathy. Method 32 rabbits with cervical Spondylopathy were randomly divided into four groups. Rabbits in Gucitongxiao Decoction groups were treated by Gucitongxiao Decoction. Rabbits in Jingfukang groups were treated by Jingfukang. Rabbits in control groups were treated by water. Results Gucitongxiao Decoction significantly decreased content of PGE2 in rabbit plasma with cervical Spondylopathy. Conclusion Gucitongxiao Decoction could effectively treat rabbit with cervical Spondylopathy.
