摘　　要：农业税费制度的废除涉及到方方面面的问题,文章从法治角度着重分析了我国农业税费制度的法律缺陷,农村税费改革的法律障碍及取消农业税费制度的法律变革。From the rule of law, this article mainly a analyses the legal defects of tax and fee in rural in China, the legal hinders of reform of tax and fee in rural and the legal reform of canceling the system of tax and fee in rural.
