摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下十二指肠乳头切开术(enodscopesphincterotomy;EST)对急性胆源性胰腺炎(acutegallstomepancreatitis.AGP)的治疗价值。方法对医院2001年1月￣2003年4月收治的34例急性胆源性胰腺炎行EST治疗。结果31例治愈,3例EST后取石失败而中转手术。结论EST治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎疗效确切,是一种简便安全有效的治疗方法。To investigate the treatment value of endoscopic sphicterotomy for acute gallstone pancreatitis. Form Jan 2001 to Apr 2003 among 34 patients for the treatment acute gallstone pancreatitis. The 31 cases were cured after the treatment by EST, but 3 cases failed with EST and accepted surgical treatment. [Conclusions] The effect of EST for acute gallstone pancreatitis is definite. The therapy is a simple, safe and effective measure for acute gallstone pancreatitis.
