摘　　要：从分析模块化外包的基本内涵和致因入手,研究了汽车制造商进行模块化外包的流程与路径,同时阐释了生产系统发展与模块化外包发展的序列关系,分析了模块化外包供应商与整车制造商的网络关系和逻辑关系,最后研究了信息技术条件下的模块化外包供应网络模型结构及其变化。The basic concepts and driving elements of modularity and outsourcing were studied firstly. Then the process and paths of modularity and outsourcing were proposed, and the hierarchical relationship between production system and modularity outsourcing was also analyzed. Then, the paper present the network relation and logic relation between auto manufacturer and supplier of modular. Finally, the new-value structure model of supplier was proposed, and the effects of information technology on supplier structure were also analyzed.
