摘 要:目的 了解当前广西地区感染性致病菌分布特征,为感染性疾病诊治提供参考资料。方法 收集广西地区的136家二级以上医院2 0 0 1年间临床分离的感染性疾病病原体,应用法国ATBEXPRESSION细菌鉴定仪、API系统和CHOMagar念珠菌显色培养基等对收集的致病菌进行进一步鉴定分析。结果 2 0 0 1年分离的病原菌共38个属14 5种4 75 90株。Gram阴性杆菌占4 8 .6 2 % ,Gram阳性球菌33. 6 9% ,真菌10 . 91% ,Gram阴性球菌5. 81% ,Gram阳性杆菌0 . 94 % ,球菌和杆菌比例为1∶1 2 5。常见的病原菌有15个属(占95 . 39% )和38个种(占86 . 87% )。结论 广西地区临床分离病原菌种类广泛,病原菌菌谱发生了很大的变化,球菌和真菌分离率呈较快的增高趋势,正常菌群和条件致病菌群已取代了传统病原菌成为临床感染病原菌的主要类型。Objective To study the distribution of clinical infectious bacterium-spectrum of Guangxi area to provide the evidence for clinical diagnosis and therapy of infectious diseases.Methods Bycollecting the pethogens isolated from clinical infectious specimens of 136 hospitals,bacterium identified were tested by ATB Expression,API System and Chamoger Media.Results 47 590 strains were identified to be of145 species of 38 genuses.The rate of Gram negative bacillus was 48.62%,Gram positive coccus was 33.69%,Gram negative coccus was 5.81%,Gram positive bacillus was 0.94%,fungus was 10.91%,the common pethogenics bacterium of positive rate were concentrated in 38 species(count for 86.87%) of 15 genuses(count for 95.39%).Conclusions There were plenty of pethogens isolated in Guangxi area,bacterium-spectrum have been changed,the possitive rate of coccus and fungus were rapid increasing,normal flora and opportunistic pathogens were main strains in the infectious bacterium-spectrum
