摘　　要：作为“乌拉圭回合”多边贸易谈判一揽子成果中的重要协议之一,以及迄今为止国际社会制定和实施的第一个具有全球性的关于国际直接投资措施方面的协议,TRIMs协议首次将与贸易有关的投资措施纳入WTO体制下的多边贸易体制框架下来调整。随着中国加入WTO,TRIMs协议必将对中国日渐繁荣的国际投资和贸易活动产生重大影响。因此,加强对TRIMs协议的深入研究,有利于中国有关投资法及政策与国际接轨,有利于进一步完善中国利用外资的法律环境。As an important result of Uruguay Round multilateral trade negotiation and a global agreement related to direct investment measures, the TRIMs agreement first brings the trade related investment measures into the regulation of WTO multilateral trade regime. With Chinaese entering into WTO, the TRIMs certainly will influence Chinese international investment and trade. So, in order to keep with the international practices, China should reform the foreign investment legal legislation.
