摘  要:目的探讨创伤性休克患者血浆P-选择素(P-Selectin)、内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)的含量变化及其意义。方法测定74例创伤性休克患者及60例健康体检者静脉血中P-Selectin、ET、NO3-/NO2-含量。结果①创伤性休克组血浆P-Selectin、ET及NO3-/NO2-含量均明显高于正常对照组(P<0 01)。②不同程度休克组P-Selectin、ET含量均随休克加重逐渐升高,差异均有显著意义(P<0 05),且创伤性休克患者中死亡者血浆P-选择素、ET及NO3-/NO2-含量明显高于存活者(P-SelectinP<0 01;ET及NO3-/NO2-P<0 05)。结论P-Selectin、ET及NO均参与了创伤性休克的发生、发展病理过程,检测P-Selectin、ET及NO3-/NO2-水平对判断创伤性休克的预后有一定的参考价值。Objective To evaluate the changes and roles of P-selectin,endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in the patients with traumatic shock.Methods The levels of plasma P-selectin, NO3 -/NO2 - and ET in 74 traumatic shock patients and 60 normal controls were measured.Results ①The plasma levels of P-selectin,ET and NO in patients with traumatic shock were much higher than those in the controls (P<0 01). ②P-selectin and ET levels in serious patients were significantly higher than those in moderate cases (P<0 05),and among those patients with traumatic shock, P-selectin,ET and NO levels in dead cases were obviously higher than those in survivors (P-Se lectin:P<0.01; ET and NO3 -/NO2 -:P<0 05).Conclusions P-selectin,ET and NO may be involved in the pathophysiologic process of traumatic shock,and serve as one of indexes to assess the severity of traumatic shock. [
