摘 要:采用2个时期,3个BAU-9403使用剂量添加表面活性剂MON 8161的二因素随机区组设计,分析研究了它们诱导小麦雄性不育的效果和对小麦生长发育的影响。结果表明:(1) 所有处理均能诱导小麦产生100%的雄性不育率; (2) 0.50kg/hm2+MON 8161处理的自然(人工) 授粉结实率最高,分别为65.3%和37.6%,但与其它剂量间差异并不显著;(3) 0.50kg/hm2+MON 8161处理对株高、穗下节长、穗长、小穗数、千粒重和发芽率等的影响明显小于0.75kg/hm2+MON 8161和1.00kg/hm2+MON 8161两个剂量。因此,0.50kg/hm2+MON 8161的使用剂量为佳。Two application timings and three rates of BAU-9403 plus MON 8161 surfactantwere used to determineeffects on male sterility induction as well as growth and development in wheat in a two factor randomized block design.All treatments induced 100% male sterility. BAU-9403 at 0.5 kg/ha + MON 8161 produced the highest rates ofsuccessful pollination, with rates of 65.3 and 37.6%, respectively, for natural and artificial pollination. Pollinationrates were not significantly lower with other BAU-9403 rates, however. Effects on plant height, internode length, headlength, spikelet number, 1000-kernel weight, and germination rates were significantly lower with 0.5 kg/ha BAU-9403+ MON 8161than with the 0.75 or 1.0 kg/ha BAU-9403 rates. These results indicate that the 0.50 kg/ha rate of BAU-9403 + MON 8161 is the most appropriate use rate.
