摘 要:采用伏安法研究了苯噻草胺(BTMPA)与稗草DNA和水稻DNA的相互作用,提出了苯噻草胺用于水田除草的新除草机理,苯噻草胺-稗草DNA复合物的形成抑制了稗草DNA的复制,造成稗草细胞不能分裂而杀除杂草.发现水稻DNA较稗草DNA有更强的对苯噻草胺解毒作用.用苯噻草胺水田除草时植物体内的有效浓度为1.7×105~5.1×10-5mol/L,最宜施药期为芽期至3叶期,最宜温度为25℃左右.Voltammetry was used to determine the interaction of mefenacet with barnyardgrass and rice (Oryza sativa)DNA, and a new mechanism of herbicidal action is proposed. Formation of a mefenacet-barnyardgrass complexinhibits barnyardgrass DNA replication, causing impairment of cell division and death of the weed plant. Rice DNAshowed greater mefenacet detoxification than did barnyardgrass DNA. When using mefenacet to control barnyardgrassin rice, concentrations in the plant were 1.7 to 5.1 x 10-5 mol/L, with optimum application timing from emergence to the3rd leaf stage and most favorable temperature at about 25℃.
