摘 要:取6具尸体膝关节标本以晶体管压力传感器和Bourdon电子管压力仪测定胫骨平台的接触压力,结果表明,半月板完整时,如膝关节处于伸直位,则峰压力可增高至4.2MPa,大致与载荷成正比。然而,除半月板游离缘的软骨外.覆有半月板的软骨其压力不到2.0MPa。如将半月板30%切除或全切除,在2700N载荷作用时,峰压力分别高达5.6和7.6MPa。Six post mortem specimens of the knee joint were studied for the measurement of contact pressure on the tibial plateaus.Transistor pressure transducers and Bourdon tube pressure gauges were used for this purpose.At an extended position of the knee joint with the intact menisci,the peak pressure increased up to on the cartilage covered by the meniscus did not reach to 2.0 MPa,except on near the free margin of the meniscus.After excision of 30% of the meniscus and total meniscectomy,the peak contact pressures showed 5.6 and 76 MPa respectively under the load of 2700N.
