摘 要:青藏高原气候干热,空气相对湿度低,紫外线辐射强,水蒸发量大的恶劣环境对保证混凝土工程施工质量难度大。针对青藏高原的气候特点,研究了C30、C60高性能混凝土的配制与施工中水胶比及养护条件对混凝土强度的影响。通过选择干热养护与标准养护环境的对比研究表明,相同配比条件下,干热环境施工养护的混凝土28d强度是标准环境下的43%~58%。提出该地区混凝土施工养护采用覆盖蓄水物、定期注水与严密保湿养护措施,并应适当提高混凝土设计强度、降低水胶比。Abominable environments in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau makes it difficulty to guarantee the quality of concrete engineering construction such as xerothermic climatelow relative humiditystrong ultraviolet radiation and high evaporation capacity of water. Aiming at climate characteristics in Qinghai-Tibet Plateaustudy has been made on preparation of C30C60 high performance concrete and influence of water-glue ratio and curing conditions on the strength of concrete during construction.Comparisons between xerothermic and standard curing conditions show that construction curing under xerothermic circumstances the strength of concrete at 28 days is 43%~58% of that under standard conditions providing the same proportioning.It puts forward measures for construction curing of concrete such as cover with water accumulation substancewater injection periodicallytight wet reserving curingproperly increase the design strength of the concrete and reduce the water-glue ratio.
