摘　　要：介绍了国内外电子海图数据加密的现状,对加密的目的和加密体系的原理进行了分析,给出了加密体系的框架结构。Introduced the current institution of the domestic and international ENC date encryption,analysed about the principles and the purpose of the encryption system,provided the frame structure of encryption system.
