摘　　要：介绍了我国物流法律体系存在的缺陷,通过对物流立法的可行性分析,指出当务之急是完善我国现行有效的物流法律体系,并提出具体措施。The article introduces the defect of Chinese logistics law system at first,then via the analysis of the feasibility of legislation,points out that it is urgent to perfect our logistics law system in effect,and it provides detail measures at last.
