酸脂清胶囊治疗尿酸性肾病的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨酸脂清胶囊降血尿酸、降血脂及保护肾功能的药效学作用。方法　用酸脂清胶囊治疗高尿酸血症并肾功能损害、高甘油三酯血症模型大鼠,并设立空白对照组观察酸脂清胶囊治疗前后大鼠血尿酸、肾功能和血脂的变化。结果　酸脂清胶囊用药后,模型大鼠的血尿酸值显著下降(P<0. 001),肾功能明显改善,且其治疗后血脂(主要是甘油三酯)较前明显下降(P<0. 01)。结论　酸脂清胶囊可以有效降低血尿酸、血脂,改善肾功能。Objective To take experimental study about whether SuanZhiQing Capsule could treat hyperuricemia nephropathy and hypertriglyceridemia effectively, and to assess its therapeutic herbal drugs with reducing serous uric acid and serous triglyceride, preventing renal insufficiency. Methods high-purine diet were used to make the hyperuricemia nephropathy rat modal with hypertriglyceridemia. The non-treatmental rat models were chosen to be the contrast. The some biochemical changes of rats were observed. Results SuanZhiQing Capsule can reduce the serous uric acid P<0.001,and prevent renal function as well as reducing their serous triglyceride P<0.01.Conclusion SuanZhiQing Capsule is an effective medicine which plays an important part in treatmant of Hyperuricemia Nephropathy.
