摘　　要：全球化背景下一国的产业组织结构中的集中化与分散化并存、一元化与多样化并举局面会有新的表现。当前中国产业组织结构存在不合理的现象,原因在于产业集中过程的社会化倾向、地区和部门割据的资源分散化以及规模劣势下的产业垄断。对此,应从深化产权制度、实现规模优势互补和提高企业整合效应入手,建立产业组织的规模优势。The structure of the industrial organization that is centralization & decentralization, the unification & the diversification in a country has the new expression under the globalization. The paper analyzes the irrationality is because the social trend in the centralization, the resources separated by the regions and departments and the monopoly under the inferior scale. The proposals are to build the advantages of the scale by the deepening properly right, realizing the complementary of the advantages and improving the consolidation of the organization.
