摘　　要：本文介绍了如何用VC ++6 0开发基于ActiveX的网络图片播放控件,采用多线程模式实现了边缓冲边播放的功能。并且编写脚本将其插入Web页面。The paper introduce the network image playback software based on VC ActiveX.Playing back and buffering are simultaneous by multithreading technique.The ActiveX control is put into web using script to resolve surveillance system's defect that it can not play back the digital images.
