摘  要:目的 :分析钒酸盐氧化法与干化学法测定血清 (浆 )总胆红素结果的相关性 ,并对两法进行偏倚评估 ,建立仪器间的校正方法。方法 :依据美国国家临床实验室标准委员会 (NCCL S) EP9- A文件方案 ,每天随机从临床样本中抽取 8份 ,分别用两种方法进行总胆红素的测定 ,共测定 5 d,应用 SPSS软件对所测数据进行统计。结果 :以钒酸法为对比方法 (X) ,对干化学法 (Y)进行评估 ,两者测定总胆红素的回归方程为 Y=1.0 0 6 X+0 .74 6 ,相关系数 r2 =0 .999。总胆红素浓度为 34.2μmol/ L、171μmol/ L、342μmol/ L时 ,干化学法的相对偏倚分别为 2 .78%、1.0 4 %、0 .82 %。结论 :两种方法测定血清 (浆 )总胆红素具有良好的相关性 ,其相对预期偏倚随总胆红素浓度增高而降低。Objective:To compare the result of thin-film method to analyze the total bilirubin with that of vandiccm-acid oxidation method, and evaluate its deviation. Methods:Accroding to the plan of EP9-A which was decided by American Clinical Laboratory Standard Commission (NCCLS), 8 cases were selected randomly from clinical samples everday. The total bilirubin was determined by the two methods for 5 days,results were registered and analyzed by spss statistic software. Results: the relationship between the results of the two methods was:Y=1.006X+0.746, r 2 =0 999. Y standed for the result of thin-film method, X standed for the result of vanadilcm-acid oxidalion method. When total bilirubin was 34.2μmol/L;171 μmol/L;342μmol/L,the deviation of thin-film method analysis was 2 78%;1 04%;0.82%. Conclusion: The results of two methods has high correlation, which has no significant difference with each other. When total bilirubin increases, the correspondent prospectine deviation decrease.
