摘 要:采用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳法,对云南省汉族、彝族、白族、苦聪人、哈尼族、傣族、瑶族、基诺族、布朗族、瓦族、拉祜族、回族、傈僳族、纳西族和普米族等15个民族红细胞PGM1亚型分布进行了调查。计算出上述15个民族的PGM1亚型分布的基因频率及DP值。经统计学检验表明:PGM1亚型的分布在上述15个民族中存在着明显的民族间差异,但在北京、辽宁、西安、云南4个不同地区的汉族人群中PGM1亚型分布却无显著性差异。调查结果还表明,PGM1亚型在上述15个民族中均有较高的识别能力。A study of the distribution of PGM1 subtypes in the fifteen nationalities in Yunnan province in China, including Han, Yi,Bai, Kucong, Hani,Dai,Yao, Jino,Blang, Wa,Lahu, Hui, Lisu Naxi and Pumi, was carried out, using ultrathin-layer polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing(ULPAGIEF). Gene frequencies and probabilities of discrimination(DP)of PGM 1 subtypes in these nationalities were calculated .Statistical tests show: That there is a clear nationalistic discrepancy in the fifteen nationalities; but there is not an areal discrepancy in the Han nationality, living in diffrent areas, on the distribution of PGM1 subtypes. The rasult of the study also shows, that there are high probabilities of discrimination for PGM1 subtypes in all fifteen natonalities.
