摘 要:推导出了在一跨内在两个平面上由一个端点的弯矩和转角计算另一个端点的弯矩和转角的计算公式,然后根据空间解析几何的有关知识,利用上下两跨钻柱在节点处切线方向向量相同的条件,先将上一跨的端点处转角合成为方向向量,再在下一跨进行分解,从而推导出了上下两跨钻柱在节点处的转角关系;又利用向量投影法则,将上一跨在井斜平面和方位平面的弯矩及扭矩分别向下一跨的井斜平面和方位平面及扭矩轴进行投影计算,推导出了上下跨间的弯矩关系公式。给出了带弯接头结构钻具组合的处理方法及扭矩的计算方法。Firstly, the formula to calculating moment and corner of one end according to another end of the same segment was given. Then using the knowledge of analytic geometry, according to the condition that the tangency direction vector of drillstring was same at the connection of the adjacent two segments, we changed the corner of upper segment end to vector, then changed it back to corner in the under segment, and we got the relation of corner between the adjacent two segments. According to the theory of vector projection, we projected the moments of deviation plane and azimuth plane and torque in the upper segment to the under segment and got the relation of moments between them. The methods to deal with bent sub and torque was also been given in this article.
